I have a wide range of skills and have training in a variety of approaches so I am well able to work with a diverse population. I have advanced training in EMDR which allows me to provide healing services for individuals with PTSD. I am trained in Heart Math which is extremely useful in working with clients who present with stress and anxiety. I was trained in and use the Work, a method developed by Byron Katie, to help clients question their thinking in areas that they find painful and/or limiting. I use messages from various spiritual teachers to help clients take that journey into themselves. My years of experience have taught me many things which supports my therapy practice.
